1. Subscription-Based Service

Connected AU operates as a recurring digital subscription service.

By subscribing, you agree that:

* You are entering into an ongoing payment arrangement
* Charges will continue until cancellation
* Payment is required to maintain access

2. Immediate Digital Access

Access is granted immediately upon payment.

The service is considered delivered at the time of purchase.

3. Payment Authorisation

By subscribing, you authorise Connected AU to:

* Charge your nominated payment method
* Process recurring payments in accordance with your plan

4. Billing Cycles & Timing

* Billing is intended to occur on a consistent recurring cycle (e.g. monthly or annual)
* Billing dates may vary slightly due to:

  * payment processing systems
  * administrative updates
  * system corrections

Connected AU does not intentionally process multiple overlapping subscriptions without consent.

5. Pricing & Plan Changes

Connected AU may:

* Adjust pricing
* Introduce new plans
* Modify billing structures

Where possible:

* Notice will be provided
* Changes apply to future billing cycles

6. Billing Errors & Corrections

If a billing issue occurs, including:

* Duplicate charges
* Incorrect amounts
* Irregular billing

Connected AU will:

* Review the account
* Correct the issue
* Issue refunds where appropriate

7. Cancellation Policy — 30 Days’ Notice

* Cancellations require 30 days’ notice
* Charges during the notice period remain payable
* Failure to cancel in time may result in the next charge

Stopping payment does not cancel a subscription.

8. Refund Policy

Fees are non-refundable once access is granted, except:

* Where required by Australian Consumer Law
* Where billing errors have occurred

Refunds may be issued for:

* Duplicate charges
* Incorrect billing
* System-related issues

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

Members agree to contact Connected AU before initiating disputes.

Connected AU will investigate and attempt to resolve issues promptly.

 10. Australian Consumer Law

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not excluded.

11. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated at any time.

Continued use constitutes acceptance.
