Last updated: 7th July 2025
This policy applies to all Connected AU memberships and forms part of our overall Terms & Conditions.
1. Subscription-Based Service
Connected AU operates as a paid digital subscription service.
By signing up, you acknowledge and agree that:
You are purchasing an ongoing membership subscription
Payment is required to maintain access
Charges will continue unless the membership is cancelled in accordance with this policy
The subscription nature of the service is clearly disclosed prior to purchase.
2. Immediate Digital Access
Upon successful payment, members receive immediate access to Connected AU’s digital platform, including member-only content, resources, and community features.
As access is provided instantly, the service is considered delivered at the time of purchase.
3. Pricing and Payment Authorisation
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.
By completing a purchase, you authorise Connected AU to:
Charge your nominated payment method for the subscription fee
Process recurring subscription payments unless and until the membership is cancelled correctly
You are responsible for ensuring your payment details remain current and valid.
4. Changes to Pricing, Plans, and Timelines
Connected AU reserves the right to:
Change membership pricing
Introduce new pricing structures or plans
Modify billing cycles, timelines, or payment frequency
Where required, reasonable notice of pricing changes will be provided.
Continued use of the membership after any pricing or billing change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
5. Cancellation Policy — 30 Days’ Notice Required
All membership cancellations require a minimum of 30 days’ notice prior to the next billing date.
Key conditions:
Cancellations take effect after the 30-day notice period
Charges incurred during the notice period remain payable
Cancellations must be submitted via the official cancellation method provided by Connected AU
Failure to cancel with sufficient notice will result in the next subscription charge being processed
Stopping payment, disputing a charge, or failing to use the service does not constitute cancellation.

Accordingly, membership fees are non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds are not provided for:
Change of mind

Continued use of the membership after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
