Connected AU — Membership Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of a Connected AU membership. By purchasing a membership, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.

1. About Connected AU

Connected AU provides a digital membership subscription service offering online content, resources, and community access. All services are delivered digitally unless otherwise stated.

2. Subscription Acknowledgement

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are signing up for a subscription-based digital membership

The membership involves ongoing access unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms

Payment is required to maintain access to the service

Failure to read or understand these Terms does not exempt you from them.

3. Membership Access

Upon successful payment, members receive immediate access to the Connected AU digital platform, including member-only content and community features.

Access is provided electronically. No physical goods are supplied.

4. Payments and Pricing

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.

By purchasing a membership, you authorise Connected AU to charge your nominated payment method for:

The applicable subscription fee

Any future recurring payments associated with the membership, unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms

Connected AU reserves the right to change membership pricing, billing structure, or payment frequency at its discretion. Where required, reasonable notice of pricing changes will be provided prior to the change taking effect.

Continued use of the service after a pricing change constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.

5. Cancellation Policy (30-Day Notice Required)

Membership cancellations require a minimum of 30 days’ notice prior to the next billing period.

Cancellations:

Take effect at the end of the applicable notice period

Must be submitted via the designated cancellation method provided by Connected AU

Do not result in refunds for any fees already paid or billed during the notice period

Failure to cancel within the required notice period will result in the next subscription charge being applied.

6. Refund Policy

Connected AU provides immediate access to digital content and services upon purchase.

Accordingly, membership fees are non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds are not provided for:

Change of mind

Failure to cancel with required notice

Forgotten cancellations

Lack of use or participation

Accidental purchase

Misunderstanding the subscription nature of the service

7. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

You may be entitled to a refund or remedy if the service:

Is not delivered with due care and skill

Is not fit for its intended purpose

Does not match the description provided

8. Changes to the Membership and Terms

Connected AU reserves the right to:

Modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions

Change membership features, content, structure, or timelines

Add, remove, or evolve offerings within the membership

Changes may take effect immediately or at a future date, at Connected AU’s discretion. Continued use of the membership after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Account Responsibility

Members are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of their login details

All activity conducted through their account

Membership access is for individual use only and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

10. Acceptable Use

Members must engage respectfully within the Connected AU community.

Connected AU reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership access without refund if a member:

Breaches these Terms & Conditions

Engages in harmful, abusive, or disruptive behaviour

Misuses the platform or community spaces

11. Intellectual Property

All content provided through Connected AU remains the intellectual property of Connected AU.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, shared, or distributed without express written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Connected AU is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the membership service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
