1. About Connected AU

Connected AU provides a digital membership subscription service offering online content, resources, and community access. All services are delivered digitally unless otherwise stated.

 2. Subscription Acknowledgement

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

* Any duplicate or unintended charges identified will be reviewed and corrected

Connected AU does not intentionally process duplicate or overlapping subscriptions without member consent.

5. Pricing & Changes

Where pricing changes occur:

* In the event of an error (including duplicate or incorrect charges), Connected AU will investigate and rectify the issue promptly

* Refunds

7. Cancellation Policy (30-Day Notice Required)

Membership cancellations require a minimum of 30 days’ notice prior to the next billing period.

* Cancellations take effect after the notice period
* Charges incurred during the notice period remain payable
* Failure to cancel within the required timeframe may result in the next charge being processed

8. Refund Policy

Fees are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except:
