Register yourself, a loved one or a facility to receive letters.

We have a focus on supporting senior Australians, people with disabilities, chronic health conditions, and those who live alone, but we welcome registrations from anyone in the community that is feeling isolated and lonely.

Safety and privacy

We have strict privacy policies and procedures to ensure safety:

  • We do not share any address or personal information of the recipients.
  • We only provide the writer with non-identifiable information about the recipients. For example: Maria, 96, lives in a nursing home in Western Australia. Marie loves animals, cooking and going for walks in nature.
  • All letters are sent direct to our team for approval before being sent to the recipient.

The process is very simple:

  1. Register using the relevant form. You will receive an automatic email confirming your registration.
  2. Our team will allocate your recipient/group to a writer/group and you will receive an email notifying you that a letter has been arranged.
  3. Once the letter is written by the writer and received by our team, we read and approve it against a strict criteria. We will notify you by email that a letter has been approved and posted.


The recipient is able to respond to the letter if they are capable and if they would like to. There is no obligation or expectation to respond, so there is no pressure.

To respond, the recipient sends a letter to our team, and we will post it to the writer.

Organisations can register as many residents as needed, there is no limit!
